Al Ajial Holding has just contracted a partnership with the Bayti Association to consolidate its training and professional integration program.
This project focuses on supporting the empowerment of young adults in difficult situations through professional training and integration into the labormarket. It is in line with the actions undertaken by Al Ajial Holding as part of its Social Responsibility program.
Indeed, thanks to the financial support of Al Ajial Holding, the Bayti Association aims at supporting a group of 100 young men and women, between the ages of16 and 24 yearsold and coming from disadvantaged families.
This program aims to support and integrate them in the labormarket, through trainings in various industries: esthetic salons, food and catering, aluminum, carpentry, tapestry, mechanics, pastry … a program that encourages entrpreneurship development of a life project.
Today, Al Ajial Holding is considered to be a committed player in society through the promotion of inclusion, the fight against social exclusion, as well as a policy of patronage in favor of culture, solidarity and environment.
New professional and humanskillswillbedeployed, suchas:
language and computer classes;
training in the management of income-generating activities;
training in self-entrepreneurship and creation and management of cooperatives.
The new partnership therefore aims to provide a concrete answer to a common challenge in Morocco. Through this program, Al Ajial Holding and the Bayti Association work to provide opportunities for professional integration to young women and men from disadvantaged backgrounds.
About the Bayti Association
Recognized NGO of public utility, the Association Bayti operates in favor of children and young adults in difficult situation in Morocco. Their mission is to fight exclusion and advocate for the protection and psychosocial rehabilitation of this category of people, particularly through assistance for school ,professional and family integration. Continuous professionnal training has thus been an important part of Bayti’s programs and actions since its creation 23 years ago. The Association also implements a series of initiatives through out the year: internships, coaching sessions, knowledge and skills strengthening. The main purposeis to make professional reintegration effective within the society and support young people gain personal and financial independence.
