The Group contributes to the development of Morocco’s aerospace industry through strategic investments in high value-added industrial sectors, notably via its participation in the MAIC OPCC-RFA, the country’s first dedicated aerospace investment fund, thereby reinforcing Morocco’s position as a regional aerospace hub.
REAL ESTATE
Al Ajial Holding strengthens its investments in the real estate sector through its participation in the following Real Estate Investment Trusts (OPCI/REIT):
IMMO SECURE FUND: a fund investing in a modern office tower located in the heart of the Casablanca Finance City (CFC), with blue-chip tenants and a prime strategic location.
IMMOVERT: a fund primarily focused on banking-related real estate assets.
TERRAMIS: a fund investing in commercial and retail distribution assets across the Kingdom of Morocco.
Healthcare
The Group develops and invests in modern healthcare real estate assets that enhance the quality of medical services and reinforce the healthcare infrastructure, through its participation in SYHATI IMMO.
Logistics
The Group invests in and supports the development of logistics projects that strengthen supply chains and improve transport efficiency, notably through its participation in A.P. Moller – Maersk.

Energy
Al Ajial Holding strengthens its presence in the energy sector through its participation in Afriquia, one of the leading national groups recognized for its market leadership, notably through Afriquia Gaz and Afriquia SMDC.
Infrastructure
The Group advances infrastructure development through strategic investments focused on modernizing industrial sectors and strengthening their long-term competitiveness. This commitment is notably reflected in its participation in the Moroccan Infrastructure Fund (MIF), supporting Morocco’s broader economic transformation and growth ambitions.
